**** Accounts/Insurance Assistant ****

Part Time
22.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9 am – 1.30 pm

 

Drove Veterinary Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join their busy Accounts Team as an Accounts Assistant based at the main hospital on Croft Road. This position would suit someone with veterinary practice experience looking to move into an administration and accounts environment however training will be given if this is not the case

The Individual

•   Organised and methodical, can work on own or as part of a team
•   Previous veterinary and clinical experience would be an advantage
•   Review and suggest new efficient ways of working
•   A team player willing to assist however necessary

The Role

•   Processing customer insurance claims daily and following up any queries
•   Assisting with Droves Pet Club administration
•   Holiday and sickness cover for other finance team members
•   Other ad hoc duties as & when required

Good rate of pay, 20 days holiday pro-rata, staff discount scheme

**** Veterinary Receptionist required for our Moredon Surgery ****

Tuesday 1.00pm - 7.00pm
Thursday 1.00pm - 7.00pm
Friday 1.00pm - 7.00pm

Occasional Saturday may be required and overtime is available

 

The Drove Veterinary Hospital is looking for smart, caring, motivated people, who are able to work on their own initiative, remain calm and efficient under pressure and manage their time well.

The role will be to provide a first class service to our clients both face to face and over the phone, help with general enquires, dispense drugs, assist vets and maintain a clean & tidy reception area & branch surgery.

Our ideal applicant will be warm and welcoming, be  PC literate with good numeracy and literacy skills, hold a full driving license, have their own transport, be enthusiastic, organised and work well as part of a team, be good with people as well as animals and have an excellent sense of humour.

Previous experience in a veterinary environment will be an advantage, although full training will be given.
